We bring hope, belonging, and independence to children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities by offering programs and services that promote participation and engagement. At Clements Centre, we envision a community in which all individuals are included, valued, and celebrated.

Since our inception in 1957, we have continually expanded our facilities and services. Although Clements Centre has grown, we have never compromised our initial vision.

Clements Centre supports individuals across the lifespan.

Child Playing

Child development (ages 0-18)

Services provided by the child development team occur in a variety of settings; home, preschool, playgrounds, community, clinics, and in the CDT gym and therapy rooms. The child development team typically services children from birth to five years old.

Adult community living (ages 19+)

Clements Centre operates three staffed living (group home) services, each with unique characteristics but having in common a caring, supportive environment to help people achieve their optimal level of independence. We aim to enhance all areas of life.
